From pilsner to pale ale: The different characters of our malts typify taste and ensure the body and fullness of the respective beer. Precisely graded enzyme activity brings out the malty taste, balance the caramel aromas and adjust the sweetness. Sharp roasted aromas mould the beer bouquet and create the character of dark, earthy varieties like brown and smoked beers.
