Quality from Grain

Our core expertise in grain refinement is the foundation for today’s malthouses of the Bindewald Group. In the process, we have acquired the Schrag Malt Company in 1985 and have built our new malthouse in Bischheim in 1992.

In 2002, we integrated the malthouse in Kirchheimbolanden. This has increased our capacity to a total of 60,000 metric tons of grain and has expanded our product portfolio.

You find our malthouses Bischheim and Kirchheimbolanden in Germany’s Southwest between the City of Mainz and Kaiserslautern (K-Town) in the center of the Palatine Rhine-Hessian grain cultivation region.
