About Us

Today, the Karl Bindewald Copper Mill is a diversified company in the field of grain refinement with the main focus on

  • mill products and
  • malt products

We have a regional supply base and a European customer base.

The Palatine Rhine-Hessian corn region surrounds our production facilities. Here, we still buy most of the grain for our production. Many years of collaboration with the corn growers have created a solid foundation for shared success.

The mills and malthouses now process about 180,000 metric tons of grain annually.

Our product portfolio has expanded in recent years. This has enabled us to make the transition from a regional flour producer for bakeries to a partner for the food industry, industrial bakeries, retail food stores, breweries and the animal feed industry in Europe.
